The Department of Humanities and Philosophy at Oakton College presents
CREATING JUSTICE
Celebrating the contributions of arts to social justice movements.
Gather at Oakton's Ten Hoeve Conference Center (DP Campus) on April 14, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., where artists and organizers will share their work in presentations, performances and workshops. All sessions are free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, and the event will culminate in a free shared dinner and musical performance.

Creating Justice is co-sponsored by the Department of Humanities and Philosophy, Asian American Student Leadership Institute, the Environmental Studies Concentration, Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies, Peace and Justice Studies, and the Honors Program. This important event has taken place at Oakton since 2012!
