Gather at Oakton College for Creating Justice: A Celebration of Art in People’s Movements.

Creating Justice is an annual event at Oakton since 2012 that brings together artists, organizers, students and educators to share and learn from projects linking arts to social justice movements. It includes interactive workshops, art-making, performances, presentations and conversations. 

This year's event consists of:

• Workshops, presentations and art making: 1 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (TenHoeve Center)
• Free dinner and live music: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. (Oakton Cafeteria)
• Shared space with snacks, art-making and tables (Room 1610)
