Winter Fantasia

Directed by Daniel Golden, the Oakton String Ensemble will present selections from George Frideric Handel’s beloved Water Music and the Overture to his Messiah. We will feature delightful music from Grieg’s Holberg Suite, Britten’s Simple Symphony and the lush Fantasia on Greensleeves by Ralph Vaughn Williams. Another highlight of the program will be Kishi Bashi’s shimmering “In Fantasia”.
